Perez versus Lopez tonight!

Inland Empire of Southern California tonight to have a card featuring a title fight and a crossroads bout between two Featherweight contenders.
Yohnny Perez will face Samuel Lopez in a 10 round bout at the Doubletree Events Center in Ontario, CA. Both will vie for the vacant WBC Continental Americas Bantamweight title.
Perez, (10-0, 7 KO’s) from Santa Fe Springs, CA by way of Cartagena, Colombia, is coming off his most important victory to date. In March, Perez fought his way to a hard-fought eight round unanimous decision victory over former world title challenger Oscar Andrade.
Lopez, (17-4-1, 6 KO’s) from North Hills, CA by way of Mexico City, DF, Mexico, is coming off a seventh round technical stoppage against Alejandro Valdez in December. Although Lopez is four years younger than Perez at 24, he has fought longer as a professional and against stronger competition.
